Woodwork Shop

We have a well equipped woodwork shop where Shedders can work on their own approved projects or Shed projects. Photo shows Shed Members making Wooden Toys.
The Woodwork Shop is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8.30 am to midday.
Metal / Recycle Shop

In the Metal / Recycling Shop Shedders can work on their own approved projects or on shed projects. Any donations of tools that are now obsolete are pulled apart, sold for scrap or recycled.
The Metal / Recycling Shop is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8.30 am to midday.
The Walking Group

The Shed Walkers get together on Monday mornings around 7.30am for a walk along one of the local beaches after which they then enjoy a coffee at one of the local coffee shops. These walks are very pleasant, especially during Whale season.

The Biking Group

The Gravel Rashers ride each Monday and Friday morning leaving from the Pottsville Oval at 7.30am. They head north to Casuarina and Kingscliff and stop along the way for a chat and coffee.
On the odd occasion, they ride the Rail Trail and other local bike paths .
The Music Group

The Pottsville Pluckers are a group of Shedders who like to play music for their own enjoyment. They get together on a Monday afternoon from 1.00 pm to knock out a tune or two.

The Kayakers

The Kayaking Shedders are members who like to paddle along our local creeks. There is no set day but usually early morning on a high tide and no wind.

Socialising at Morning Tea

Socialising is what the Shed is all about and morning tea 10.00am is a highlight of the day at the Shed. Morning Tea is on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
We have some talented members who like to show off their cooking skills.
